C. R. Plastic Products Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited 25 year residential and 5 year commercial warranty for C.R. Plastic Products high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frames.
C.R. Plastic Products warranties to the original purchaser for a period of up to 25 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use from the date of the original invoice, under normal use. C.R. Plastic Products HDPE products shall be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack or suffer structural damage.
General Warranty Conditions
C. R. Plastic Products Inc. shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following:

C.R. Plastic Products HDPE products are made with automotive grade UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, upon exposure to the sun all colors may fade to some degree over time.

Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature.

Color or pattern variance between any new replacement section or pieces and other sections or pieces. (We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the original purchaser. If the original piece is not available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality).

Damage caused by acts of God, accident, neglect or abuse.

C.R. Plastic Products does not recommend the use of pressure washers. Please refer to our Product Care and Maintenance Instructions.
Swivel Component and Stainless Steel Hardware
Swivel component is warranted not to fail structurally for 5 years of residential use or 3 years of commercial use. Stainless steel hardware is guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 5 years for residential use and 3 years for commercial use (from date of purchase).
Sunbrella Fabric Warranty
Sunbrella warranties to the original purchaser a 5 Year Limited Warranty for upholstery and specialty fabrics from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on our cushions, headrests, lumbar and throw pillows which are received by regular use. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly, improper cleaning and acts of God. For more warranty details please refer to www.sunbrella.com. This warranty also covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the listed products for a period of 90 days.
Cushions
C.R. Plastic Products Inc. warranties to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. It does not cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse and abuse, improper assembly and acts of God.
Resell Product Warranty
For Products that are sold by C.R. Plastic Products but of another manufacturer, please refer to their specific product warranty. This includes but is not limited to: Mad Mats Outdoor Mats.
The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase, pictures of the defect and a written description. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorization repairs by a third party. Warranty claims may be submitted to any of our authorized C.R. Plastic Products Inc. Dealers or by Email: wecare@crplastics.com or by Fax: 519-271-8544. Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, the customer will be notified of the solution. If the product is not returned within 60 days of date of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
This warranty is effective for products purchased on or after September 1, 2018.
All deliveries are done with 2 men crew and usually booked within a 2 hour window so we don't have to keep you home all day. Delivery charges include delivery and setup of purchase. Some restrictions apply. Customers are responsible to ensure items fit in the house and into the premises (i.e. through the doorways, into elevators, up or down stairwells and hallways) 25% restocking fee on cancelled orders.
