Canadel warrants its materials and workmanship for a period of one year following the date of delivery to the retailer. If a defect appears within this time, we will take the following steps to correct it.
If a manufacturer's defect does exist, it will be repaired. If repair is impracticable, Canadel will replace the product with merchandise of equal type and quality. You will not be charged for any repair or replacement of furniture due to a manufacturer's defect.

Our local delivery area covers Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Mission, Delta, Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford.
Zone 2 Delivery - $200.00
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, east of Mission and Chilliwack area.

- We contact all our freight service providers to get the best shipping quote to your destination. We deal with several different freight delivery companies for various types of furniture and delivery destinations.
- We will contact you with shipping quotes we've obtained.
- Should you accept the shipping quote(s), we will process your payment and ship out your product.
- Should you decline the shipping quote(s), we will cancel your order and there will be no charges.
